Sitaram led the execution of Shangri-La Bangalore — a 396-key, ₹100-crore luxury hotel project — as Senior Project Manager at Adarsh Developers (2005–2022). Earlier roles include fifteen years as Assistant Executive Engineer at ITI, where he served on the ASCON pan-India signals communication network, and Project Engineer at BEML.
On the sporting side, he represented Karnataka Under-22 as an all-rounder, was a Karnataka Ranji Trophy probable from 1985 to 1992, and represented the senior state team at the Buchi Babu and Moin-ud-Dowlah tournaments. He captained ITI to four 1st Division League titles and Bangalore Cricketers to three. As coach and mentor, he led Karnataka Zonal Under-16 and Under-23 teams, and most recently mentored Gulbarga Mystics to the Maharaja Trophy (KPL) championship in 2023.

Sitaram owns the client-billed advisory and activation practice and the in-house academy operations — campus and facility delivery, academy operations and the partner network, and vendor and contractor management. Known to the state cricket establishment, he is the bridge between V3 Infrastructure and V5 Academy.
