Five companies. Three categories created.
Sunjoy has founded and scaled five companies — across sports analytics, sports infrastructure commerce, food-tech, AI-powered enterprise platforms, and civic technology. Each began at a category that did not yet exist in India when he started building it. Backers have included Blume Ventures; press features include Quartz, The Ken, Economic Times, and YourStory. SportingMindz was highlighted by Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer in his 2011 IIT Delhi keynote as a standout Azure cloud application powering the IPL.

Sets the operating system.
At Ten Headz, Sunjoy owns the strategy, the capital plan, the relationships with universities and federations, and the external narrative the rest of the firm operates against. Gridworks anchors the technology side and supplies the AI engineering team behind the academy product.
Brothers, building together.
Sunjoy is the elder brother of Vijay R. Bharadwaj, Co-Founder of Ten Headz. The two have built together since 2006 — through SportingMindz, SportsNest, and now Ten Headz. An engineering-led builder paired with a sport-credentialed operator is the operating relationship at the centre of the firm.
